Zucchini Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. sliced zucchini
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 c. white sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    Cut zucchini in half; peel and take out seeds.
    Slice 4 cups and cover zucchini slices with boiling water.
    Let set in warm water for 5 minutes.
    Drain well (dry).
    Add remaining ingredients to zucchini.
    Mix all these ingredients well.
    Put in pie shell. Dot with 2 tablespoons oleo and sprinkle 3 tablespoons lemon juice over.
    Put on top crust.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Turn temperature down to 375\u00b0 and continue baking for 40 to 45 minutes.
