Caramel Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
3 eggs, separated
1 c. milk
1 heaping Tbsp. flour
1/2 stick butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (9-inch) pie shell, baked
Preparation

Brown 1/2 cup sugar in a heavy skillet.
Beat egg yolks slightly and combine with sugar very slowly.
Cook over medium heat until the sugar dissolves.
Remove from heat and add butter and vanilla.
Cool.
Pour into pie shell.
