Honey Cake(Low-Fat) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 c. honey
    2 egg whites, slightly beaten
    2 c. flour
    1 pinch salt
    1 c. oat bran
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/8 tsp. cloves
    dash of powdered ginger
    1 c. apple juice
    1/4 c. white raisins (optional)
Preparation
    In a large mixing bowl, blend together oil, honey and egg whites.
    In separate bowl, stir flour and dry ingredients together.
    Add flour mixture and apple juice together all at once to honey mixture.
    Stir until the dry ingredients are just moistened.
    Fold in raisins if desired.
    Spoon batter into lightly oiled (or sprayed)
    9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 50 to 60 minutes or until cake pulls away from sides of pan.
