Taffy Apple Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. cubed apples
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
    2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
    1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
    8 oz. salted peanuts
    1 egg
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. sugar
Preparation
    Heat pineapple and juice, sugar, flour, egg and vinegar in saucepan until thick.
    Put in fridge to cool several hours.
    Add apples, peanuts (crushed in blender) and Cool Whip.
