Oven-Cooked Round Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 pepper
1 lb. round steak
2 Tbsp. margarine
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 c milk
1 tsp. dried basil or thyme
1/2 c. dried onions
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Combine flour, salt and pepper and dredge steak in flour.
Heat margarine in ovenproof skillet. Saute garlic until golden, move to one side.
Brown meat on both sides.
Pour milk over the meat and sprinkle with herbs.
Place skillet in oven and bake until meat is quite tender and milk has formed gravy.
Serve immediately.
