24 Hour Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large head lettuce
several slices red onion
8 slices crisp bacon
1 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1 c. thawed, frozen peas
1/2 cauliflower, chopped
1 cucumber, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
Preparation

Place lettuce, peas, cauliflower, cucumber and pepper in large flat container.
Top with onion slices and crumbled bacon bits. Mix together mayonnaise, sugar and Parmesan and top salad with dressing.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Toss before serving.
