Deer Sausage In Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large cans tomato sauce
    3 huge handfuls brown sugar
    3 big serving spoonfuls mustard
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    1/3 c. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire
    1 Tbsp. pepper
    1 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1 big roll deer sausage (3 to 4 lb.)
Preparation
    Cut deer sausage roll in thick pieces and then quarter the pieces.
    Place in crock-pot.
    Mix the rest of ingredients and pour over deer meat.
    Cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.
