Stuffed Cinnamon Apples - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 tart medium apples
3/4 c. medium cinnamon candies
2 c. water
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 Tbsp. milk
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/3 c. chopped dates
1 (9 oz.) can pineapple, crushed and drained
2 Tbsp. chopped nuts
Preparation

Pare and core apples.
Cook candies in water until dissolved. Add apples and cook slowly, uncovered, until just tender, about 15 to 20 minutes.
Turn once during cooking.
Chill apples in syrup; turn once during chilling.
