Horseradish Ring - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 beaten eggs
    3/4 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. horseradish*
    1 pkg. Knox gelatine
    3/4 c. vinegar
    1/4 c. water
    1/2 pt. whipping cream
Preparation
    Beat eggs and mix with vinegar, sugar and horseradish.
    Soak and melt gelatine over hot water.
    Add gelatine to egg mixture in double boiler and cook until creamy.
    Cool over cold water.
    Fold in stiffly beaten whipped cream.
    Pour into ring mold.
    Serves 8.
