Chicken And Okra - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 2 lb chicken wings
    1 lb. smoked sausage
    1 lb. chopped okra
    1 lb. shrimp (if desired)
    1 (16 oz.) can chopped tomatoes
    2 large onions
    2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    garlic powder to taste
    seasoned salt to taste
    crushed red pepper to taste
    black or white pepper to taste
    3 to 4 Tbsp. bacon fat or to taste
    salt to taste
Preparation
    In a
    large pot, put wings, 1 onion, salt, 1 can tomato sauce, red
    pepper, black or white pepper and enough water to cover wings.
    Cook
    slowly.
    Saute sausage to extract grease; don't brown.
    Set aside.\tClean and devein shrimp;
    set aside. In a large
    skillet,
    put bacon fat.
    Heat, then add okra and onions. Saute
    until okra is half done.
    Add tomatoes, tomato sauce, garlic
    powder and seasoned salt. Mix with chicken and simmer for 15 minutes.
    Add sausage and shrimp and cook for 2 minutes.
    Serve over rice.
