Chicken And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 whole chicken, cut up
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
    2 c. raw rice
    salt and pepper
    Tony Chachere Creole seasoning
Preparation
    Place cut up chicken in a 9 x 13-inch pan, seasoned with salt, pepper and Tony Chachere seasoning and bake at 350\u00b0 until done. While chicken is baking, cook rice.
    After chicken and rice are done, debone and remove skin from chicken; mix all ingredients together.
    Season with salt and red pepper to taste.
    If mixture is too dry, add a little chicken broth.
    Pour into a 9 x 13-inch pan and bake until cheese is melted and slightly golden brown on top. This is a delicious meal.
