Cabbage Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 cabbage leaves
    1/4 c. rice
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 tsp. salt
    pepper
    2 onions, chopped or sliced
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 egg
    juice of 2 lemons or juice of 1 lemon plus 1 can tomatoes
Preparation
    Core head of cabbage.
    Place into pot of boiling water.
    As leaves wilt, remove them.
    You may wish to slice down heavier leaf spines.
    Cook rice in 1 cup of water and 1/2 teaspoon salt.
