Mexican Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. sour cream (or more)
    1 stick of butter (or less)
    1 c. grated cheese (or more)
    1 can diced Ro-Tel
    1 sauteed onion and bell pepper, optional
    4 chicken breast, cooked and diced
    1 bag of Doritos
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients. Butter 13 x 9 inch pan, layer with doritos followed by chicken mixture. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
