Baked Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 oz. can whole corn
    12 oz. can creamed corn
    2 eggs
    8 1/2 oz. pkg. corn muffin mix
    1 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. butter, melted
    salt and pepper to taste
    Parmesan cheese, grated
Preparation
    Combine corn, eggs, muffin mix and sour cream.
    Add cooled, melted butter, salt and pepper. Pour into greased 10-inch square casserole. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and return to oven for 15 additional minutes.
