Shrimp Curry With Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. sliced onion
    1 clove garlic, chopped fine
    1/4 tsp. ginger
    4 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. curry powder
    1/4 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    3 c. chicken broth or 3 chicken bouillon cubes dissolved in 3 c. water
    2 1/2 c. cooked shrimp
Preparation
    Cook onions, garlic and ginger in butter until lightly browned.
    Add curry, flour, salt and pepper and blend.
    Add chicken broth gradually and cook and stir until thick.
    Add shrimp.
    Serve
    over rice.
    Serves 4.
