Chess Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
3 eggs, beaten well
1 Tbsp. cornmeal
1 Tbsp. vinegar
1 stick margarine
Preparation

Sift sugar, flour and nutmeg together.
Add to beaten eggs. Add meal and vinegar.
Melt butter or margarine slightly and add. Pour mixture into unbaked pie shell and bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
