Broccoli Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. chopped broccoli
2 Tbsp. margarine
2 Tbsp. flour
3 c. milk
1/4 lb. Velveeta
salt to taste
Preparation

Cook broccoli.
Melt margarine and add flour; blend well.
Add milk slowly; bring to a boil.
Add cheese slowly (don't boil). Add broccoli.
