Lima Bean Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
1 (16 oz.) can lima beans, drained
1 (2 oz.) jar diced pimento, drained
1 large stalk celery, chopped (about 3/4 c.)
1/3 c. sliced green onions with tops
Preparation

Mix mayonnaise, mustard and salt in a 1 1/2-quart bowl; toss with remaining ingredients.
Cover; refrigerate at least 2 hours. Refrigerate any leftover salad immediately.
