Hamburger-Cornbread Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. ground beef
2 (1 lb.) cans stewed tomatoes
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped bell pepper
1 (8 oz.) can whole kernel corn
1 c. grated cheese
salt and pepper to taste
2 (6 oz.) pkg. cornbread mix
1 (8 oz.) can creamed corn
4 oz. sour cream
2 eggs
1 c. buttermilk
dash of hot sauce
Preparation

In a large iron skillet, cook meat, onions and bell pepper. Stir in corn, mashed potatoes, salt, pepper and hot sauce.
Press down in skillet.
Top with 1/2 cup cheese.
