Old Fashion Cutout Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 c. lard
1 c. butter
4 eggs, beaten
2 tsp. vanilla
1 Tbsp. almond extract
6 c. flour
4 tsp. cream of tartar
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda

Preparation

Cream sugar, lard and butter.
Beat in eggs, vanilla and almond.
Mix in remaining ingredients and blend well.
Chill overnight.
Roll out dough and cut into shapes.
Bake 10 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Makes 6 to 8 dozen.
