Easy Oven Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. beef, cut in 1-inch cubes
    1/4 c. flour
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. paprika
    1 c. water
    4 small onions, quartered
    4 small carrots, cut in 1-inch pieces
    4 small potatoes, pared and halved
    1 can tomato sauce
Preparation
    Combine flour, salt, pepper and paprika in plastic bag.
    Drop in beef and shake until coated.
    Mix with 2 tablespoons oil in 3-quart casserole.
    Bake, uncovered, at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes, stirring once.
    Add vegetables, water and tomato sauce.
    Mix well. Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 3/4 hours or until done.
    Makes 5 to 6 servings.
