Red Cabbage And Apple Slaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. plain yogurt
1 Tbsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. white vinegar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. celery seed
1 tsp. Dijon-style mustard
dash of white pepper
1 small head red cabbage, finely shredded
2 medium-sized tart green apples, cored and thinly sliced
1/3 c. finely chopped parsley
lettuce or romaine leaves
Preparation

If you have a food processor with a julienne blade, this is an excellent opportunity to use it.
If not, slice the carrots as thinly as possible with a vegetable peeler, then with a sharp knife, cut slices into thread-like strips.
