Suisse Mocha - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. instant coffee granules
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. nonfat dry milk powder
2 Tbsp. unsweetened cocoa
1/8 tsp. baking soda (optional)
Preparation

Place ingredients in a blender and process until the consistency of powder is reached, or sift ingredients together several times.
To prepare 1 serving, place 2 rounded teaspoons in a cup.
Add 6 to 8 ounces of boiling water.
