Jalapeno Hominy - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 cans hominy, drained
8 oz. sour cream
8 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese
4 jalapeno peppers (more or less to taste)

Preparation

Combine all ingredients together and put in a baking dish. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes or microwave for 15 minutes.
