No-Peek Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 1/2 lb.) chicken, cut up
    1 c. Minute rice
    4 tsp. melted butter
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 soup can milk
    1/2 to 1 envelope Lipton's onion soup mix
Preparation
    Melt butter in 9 x 13-inch pan over low fire.
    Add rice, soups and milk; combine.
    Lay chicken over rice and sprinkle with onion soup mix.
    Cover with foil.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 2 hours. Leave covered entire baking time.
