Stuffed Zucchini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 medium zucchini
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 c. cooked rice
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. garlic salt
    1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
    2 tsp. chili powder
Preparation
    Half the zucchini lengthwise.
    Scoop out zucchini halves leaving 1/4-inch shell.
    Rinse and drain.
    Cook and stir ground beef and onion in a 10-inch skillet until beef is light brown. Drain.
    Stir in rice, salt, garlic salt, chili powder and 1 cup of tomato sauce.
    Heat through.
    Stuff each zucchini half with beef mixture.
    Place in an ungreased baking pan.
    Pour remaining tomato sauce over the zucchini.
    Cover and bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes.
    Uncover.
    Bake 15 minutes longer.
    Makes 6 servings.
