Poppy Seed Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. water
    1/4 c. poppy seed
    1 pkg. (18.5 oz.) yellow cake mix
    1 pkg. instant coconut pudding
    1/2 c. oil
    4 eggs
Preparation
    Soak poppy seed in boiling water for 10 minutes.
    Combine cake mix, pudding, oil and eggs; beat well.
    Add poppy seed and water mixture; mix well.
    Pour into 2 greased and floured bread pans.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
