Pickled Fish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. salted salmon
    2 onions, sliced
    1 green pepper (in strips)
    1 sliced orange
    1 qt. red wine vinegar
    1 c. brown sugar
    pickling spice
Preparation
    Cut salmon into bite size pieces.
    Rinse well and let stand overnight in container of cold water.
    Drain.
