Persimmon Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. persimmon pulp
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    1 egg
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. cloves
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. chopped walnuts
    1 c. raisins
Preparation
    Sprinkle soda over pulp.
    Cream margarine and sugar; add eggs. Combine ingredients.
    For bars use 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
    Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
