Ingredients

1 can refrigerated biscuits
1/4 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. pizza sauce
1/4 c. parmesan cheese
1/3 c. grated mozzarella cheese
salt & pepper to taste
Preparation

Brown ground beef, add salt & pepper if desired; drain. Place on paper towels to absorb excess grease. On cookie sheet or pizza pan flatten biscuits with rolling pin. Spread pizza sauce and beef, top with cheese and other toppings if desired. Bake at 425\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
