Easy Torte - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 egg whites
    22 Ritz crackers, crushed
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. vanilla
    whipped cream
    shaved sweet chocolate
Preparation
    Beat egg whites until stiff.
    Fold in crackers, chopped nuts, baking powder and vanilla.
    Bake in greased 9-inch pie pan for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Top with whipped cream and shaved sweet chocolate or vanilla ice cream and chocolate syrup.
