It'S A Snap Cheesecake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 envelope Knox unflavored gelatine
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. boiling water
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla extract
extra serving size ready made graham cracker crust
Preparation

In a large bowl, mix unflavored gelatine with sugar. Add boiling water and stir until gelatine is completely dissolved. With electric mixer, beat in cream cheese and vanilla until smooth.
Make sure there are no lumps.
Pour into prepared crust. Chill until firm.
When firm, top with your favorite pie filling.
