Carrot Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked, pureed carrots
    1 c. sugar
    1/4 c. butter
    1 c. milk
    2 heaping Tbsp. flour
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    3 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 tsp. baking powder
    pinch of salt
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients.
    Bake in buttered casserole at 350\u00b0 until set, about 1 1/2 hours.
