Scallops And Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. scallops, rinsed and sliced
    1/2 lb. mushrooms
    4 Tbsp. margarine
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. milk
    1 packet instant chicken broth and seasoning
    1/4 tsp. onion powder
    1/2 tsp. thyme
    4 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Preparation
    Remove stems from mushrooms and chop.
    In large saucepan, melt margarine and stir the stems and scallops for a minute or two. Sprinkle in the flour; stir until it disappears.
    Gradually add milk; blend until saucy.
    Stir in seasonings and mushroom caps; simmer for 2 to 3 minutes.
    Serve with rice or noodles.
    Serves 4 to 5.
