Impossible Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. milk
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. biscuit mix
    4 eggs
    1/4 c. butter
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. coconut
Preparation
    Use in blender only.
    Put all ingredients in electric blender and mix on high speed for 1 minute.
    Pour into greased 9-inch pie plate.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes or until center is firm. The biscuit mix makes your crust and the coconut is the topping.
