Creamy Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. uncooked rice (brown or white, not instant)
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    2 1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. raisins
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients, except raisins, in the top of the double boiler.
    Cook, covered, for 30 minutes, or until rice is tender and milk is almost absorbed, still stirring often.
