Large Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. self-rising flour
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
    2 c. grated carrots
    4 eggs
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
    3/4 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Beat eggs.
    Add sugar, flour, cinnamon and oil.
    Mix well. Add carrots and pecans; mix.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour in greased tube pan.
    Frost with cream cheese icing.
