Polish Torte - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 to 12 eggs, separated
    12 Tbsp. sugar
    12 Tbsp. flour (Gold Medal)
    1 tsp. baking powder
    vodka to taste (1/2 c.)
Preparation
    Beat egg whites until foamy.
    Add sugar gradually, beating until shiny and will not pour from bowl.
    Add egg yolks gradually or all at once to beaten egg whites, mixing constantly.
    Add flour slowly.
    Add baking powder.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes in greased spring-form pan.
    Check after 30 minutes.
    When cool, cut in 3 or 4 layers.
    Cool and set aside, then add vodka to taste.
