Bonnie'S Bran Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. boiling water
1 c. oatmeal
1 c. white flour
1/2 c. whole wheat flour
1/2 c. wheat bran
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. each: salt, baking soda and baking powder
1 c. margarine, melted
1/2 c. each: brown sugar and white sugar
2 eggs or 4 egg whites
1 c. raisins
Preparation

Pour water over oats.
Add melted margarine, vanilla, sugar and eggs.
Stir together flour, bran, cinnamon, baking powder, soda and salt.
Add to oat mixture.
Blend in raisins.
Pour into muffin tins lined with muffin paper.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
