Pink Popcorn Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 c. popped corn
    3 c. miniature marshmallows
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/4 tsp. salt
    a few drops red food coloring
Preparation
    In the bottom part of double boiler, heat about 1-inch of water to boiling.
    Place the top part into bottom and put all ingredients except popcorn into pan.
    Tint the syrup with a few drops of red food coloring.
    Pour the melted marshmallow mixture over popped corn and shape quickly into balls with well-greased hands.
    Yields 10 medium balls.
