Fruit Toss(Lo-Cal) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can unsweetened pineapple chunks
    1 can mandarin oranges, drained
    2 c. sliced fresh strawberries
    2 medium-firm bananas, sliced thinly
    2 kiwis, peeled, halved and sliced
    2 Tbsp. lemon or lime juice
    1 Tbsp. honey
    1/4 tsp. lemon or lime peel
Preparation
    Drain pineapple; set juice aside. In a bowl, combine pineapple, mandarin oranges, strawberries, bananas and kiwi. In a small bowl, combine pineapple juice, lemon or lime juice and grated peel. Pour over fruit and toss gently to coat.
