Sugar And Cinnamon Coated Pecans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt
    1 egg white
    1 Tbsp. cold water
    1 lb. pecan halves
Preparation
    Mix first 3 ingredients in a large bowl.
    Beat egg white and water on high speed for 2 minutes.
    Put pecans into egg white and stir until mixture is gone and pecans are well coated.
    Gradually put pecans in sugar mixture until all are coated.
    Place on a large greased cookie sheet with sides.
    Bake at 250\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes, turning nuts every 15 minutes with spatula.
