Chocolate Mayonnaise Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/4 c. flour
1/2 c. cocoa
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. baking powder
3/4 c. cold water

Preparation

Mix all ingredients and beat with mixer for 2 to 3 minutes. Pour into greased and floured 8 or 9-inch cake pans.
Bake 25 to 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Use frosting of your choice.
Seven Minute or Butter Icing are very good.
