French Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vinegar
    1/2 stick butter or oleo, melted
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. shredded coconut
Preparation
    Pour into unbaked pie shell and bake 1 hour in 350\u00b0 oven. (Mine never need to bake this long.)
