English Toffee Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 c. light brown sugar, packed
    1/2 c. butter
    1 c. pecan halves
    toffee topping
    1 c. milk chocolate chips
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In large bowl, combine flour, sugar and butter; mix until fine crumbs form.
    Press into ungreased 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
    Sprinkle pecans over crust.
    Drizzle toffee topping evenly over top.
    Bake 20 to 22 minutes or until topping is bubbly and golden.
    Remove from oven.
    Sprinkle chocolate chips over top; press gently onto surface.
    Cool completely and cut into bars.
