Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 well beaten eggs
    2 c. brown sugar
    2 c. sour milk
    4 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. soda
    1 c. broken nuts (your choice)
Preparation
    Beat eggs and sugar thoroughly; add sour milk and beat well. Add flour sifted with salt, baking powder and soda.
    Stir in nuts. Bake in waxed paper-lined 5 1/2 x 10 1/2-inch loaf pan in moderate oven (350\u00b0) for 1 hour. Texture and flavor improves after 12 hours. This is excellent for nut bread sandwiches.
