Fried Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 slices bacon, cut in half
    1/4 c. diced onion
    1 c. cooked rice (cold)
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/4 c. water
    2 slightly beaten eggs
Preparation
    Lay bacon slices over heating base of wok.
    Turn heat control to 350\u00b0.
    Fry bacon until crisp, about 6 minutes.
    Remove bacon. Drain on paper towel and crumble.
    Stir-fry onion 2 minutes in bacon drippings.
    Add cold rice and stir-fry for 7 to 8 minutes. Add soy sauce, water and bacon.
    Reduce heat to 250\u00b0.
    Clear wok base by moving rice up along sides.
    Pour eggs on base of wok. Stir-fry for 3 to 4 minutes or until eggs are cooked.
    Break in pieces; mix in rice.
    Reduce heat to warm 200\u00b0 for serving.
    Makes 4 servings.
