Touchdown Taco Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (9 oz.) can refried beans
1 lb. ground beef
4 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. sour cream
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
1 garlic clove, pressed
1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 c. tomatoes, diced
2 green onions, diced
1/4 c. pitted black olives, sliced
1 Tbsp. fresh cilantro, chopped
tortilla chips
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0. Brown ground beef. Set aside. Spread bean dip over bottom of baking pan. Add ground beef. In mixing bowl, combine soft cream cheese, sour cream and taco seasoning. Press garlic over mixture and mix well. Spread cream cheese mixture evenly over bean and beef dip. Grate Cheddar cheese over top and bake 15 to 20 minutes or until cheese is melted. Let cool for 10 minutes. Sprinkle tomatoes, green onions, black olives and cilantro over top. Garnish with additional sour cream, if desired. Serve with tortilla chips. Party favorite. Enjoy!
