Sukiyaki - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. beef tenderloin
    1 lb. pork tenderloin
    1 c. bean sprouts
    1 c. water chestnuts
    1 c. bamboo shoots
    1 bunch green onions, sliced
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 c. soy sauce
    1/2 c. beef broth or water
    4 c. hot cooked rice
Preparation
    Cut tenderloins in 1/4-inch strips.
    In a large skillet, brown meat in oil.
    Push meat to one section of skillet.
    Stir in beef broth, sugar and soy sauce.
    Place the onions, bamboo shoots, water chestnuts and bean sprouts in separate sections of skillet. Cover; simmer about 20 minutes.
    Never stir.
    Serve over rice.
