Ingredients

1 tomato
1 red pepper
1 green pepper
1/2 can black olives
1/2 onion (optional)
1/2 pkg. mushrooms
2 pkg. Pillsbury crescent rolls
1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 carrot, shredded
season to taste
